Beautiful vintage wall hanging created by Hmong tribe craft in the north of Vietnam
The pattern in the middle is completely hand-drawn using the wax relief method. The artisan drew the pattern using hot beeswax and the cloth was afterwards dyed. The sewing work and embroidery on the pattern are made very delicately by hand.
The reverse side of the tapestry is made of natural hemp cotton.
